1. The short version

We improve how you are presented and how your job search is organized. We do not sell outcomes, and we do not invent experience you do not have. Nobody can honestly sell you a job.

2. What these packages are

We sell three services and three bundles of them: Polisha Inbox ($39), Polisha LinkedIn ($69), Polisha Resume ($79), Polisha Visibility ($89), Polisha Applications ($129), Polisha Complete ($149). Each is a presentation or organization service:

• Polisha Resume: a complete rewrite of your resume in an ATS-friendly format, tailored toward one target role, delivered in Word and PDF.
• Polisha LinkedIn: a written audit, a rewritten headline and About section, optimized experience content, and skills and keyword recommendations.
• Polisha Inbox: organization of one Gmail or Outlook inbox: folders, labels, filters for recruiter, application and interview mail, and selected newsletter unsubscribing, covering up to 5,000 existing emails.
• Polisha Visibility, Polisha Applications and Polisha Complete: bundles of the above.

Every package is a one-time engagement, delivered asynchronously in about 48 hours. None of them is a subscription, ongoing management, or a job-application service.

3. No guarantee of employment or interviews

Nothing on https://getpolisha.com, in our emails, in our advertising or in any deliverable is a promise of a result. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• That you will be hired.
• That you will be offered an interview.
• That a recruiter will contact you or reply to you.
• That your profile views, search appearances or engagement will increase.
• That any application will be shortlisted or acknowledged.
• Any timeframe in which any of the above might happen.

Important: If you are looking for guaranteed interviews or guaranteed employment, this service is not for you, and you should be cautious of anyone who offers them.

4. Applicant tracking systems and screening software

This applies to Polisha Resume and to any bundle containing it. Applicant tracking systems vary widely between employers, are configured differently by each one, and change over time.

We build your resume to widely-accepted parsing and formatting practice: clean structure, standard section headings, real text rather than images or text boxes, conventional dates, and keywords drawn from your target role. That is what “ATS-friendly” means here, a description of how the document is built.

• No outcome, ranking, parsing score, match percentage or “ATS pass rate” is or can be guaranteed.
• We do not claim compatibility with, testing against, or certification by any named applicant tracking system or screening product.
• An employer may use a system, a configuration or a manual process that reads your resume differently from what any general best practice would predict.
• Any person or service that quotes you a guaranteed ATS score is guessing.

5. Hiring decisions belong to employers

Employers, recruiters and hiring managers make hiring decisions on their own criteria. We have no influence over them, no relationship with them on your behalf, and no ability to advocate for you.

We are not a recruitment or placement agency. We do not submit applications for you, do not forward your profile or resume to employers, and do not represent you to anyone.

6. Nothing is fabricated

Our work is built entirely on what you tell us. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and honesty of the information you supply, including your resume, employers, job titles, dates, qualifications, certifications, education and work authorization.

Important: We never invent, exaggerate or misrepresent your experience, qualifications, employers, job titles, dates, certifications, education or achievements, on a resume, on a LinkedIn profile, or anywhere else. We write persuasive copy about real experience, and we do not verify your claims.

If you ask us to misrepresent your qualifications, we will offer an honest alternative, and we will decline or halt the work if you insist, see the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy for how that is handled. Misrepresentation on a job application can have serious consequences for you, including a withdrawn offer, dismissal after you are hired, and lasting damage to your professional reputation. Please review everything we deliver before you publish or submit it, once it is on your profile or in an application, it is your statement about yourself.

7. Account access is not part of most packages

Only packages that include Polisha Inbox involve access to an account of yours, and even then it is temporary access to one mailbox, shared through an encrypted, expiring Bitwarden Send link and deleted when the work is done.

• Polisha Resume, Polisha LinkedIn and Polisha Applications bundle require no password and no access to any account. They are delivered entirely as documents.
• We never ask for your LinkedIn password and never sign into your LinkedIn account, on any package.
• We never ask for permanent passwords, recovery codes, two-factor backup codes, or banking, government or social media credentials.

8. Not professional advice

Tobi Aina is a service provider, not a licensed professional in any regulated field. Our packages and everything we send you are general assistance only. They are not:

• Career counselling or professional career-coaching advice.
• Recruitment, placement or headhunting services.
• Immigration advice. We are not an immigration consultant or lawyer, and we do not advise on visas, permits or work authorization.
• Legal advice of any kind. We are not a law firm.
• Financial, investment, accounting or tax advice.
• Psychological, therapeutic or medical advice.

For anything in those areas, consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

9. No employment or agency relationship

Buying any package does not make us your employer, your employee, your agent, your representative, your partner or your fiduciary. We act as an independent contractor providing a defined, one-time service. We have no authority to act or speak for you beyond the specific tasks you authorize in the Service Authorization & Confidentiality document.

10. Results vary

Two people can receive equally strong work and see completely different results. Outcomes depend on factors we do not control:

• Your experience, skills, qualifications and work authorization.
• The demand for your role in your city and industry.
• The state of the job market and the wider economy.
• How many people apply for the same roles.
• Which screening software an employer uses and how it is configured.
• How consistently and how widely you apply.
• How you perform in interviews.
• Timing and plain luck.

We do not publish statistics, success rates, client counts or testimonials, because we will not present anecdotes as a forecast of your result.

11. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Polisha is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or partnered with any of the platforms we work alongside or use, including:

• LinkedIn and Microsoft.
• Google.
• Stripe.
• Tally.
• Bitwarden.
• Any job board, applicant tracking system, resume-screening product or email provider.

All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our packages do. Those platforms may change their features, rules, layouts, screening software and algorithms at any time, and may take action on accounts under their own terms. We are not responsible for those changes or actions. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the terms of every platform you use, including LinkedIn's User Agreement.

https://getpolisha.com and our deliverables may also link to third-party websites, tools, articles and job resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control the content, accuracy, availability, pricing or privacy practices of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Pricing and the launch offer

Our prices range from $39–$149 CAD and are shown in full on https://getpolisha.com before you pay. The struck-through figure beside a bundle is the sum of the individual services it contains, not an inflated former price.

Polisha Complete carries a limited launch discount for the first few completed purchases, after which it is charged at its regular price of $149 CAD. The limit is enforced by our payment processor as a capped discount code, not by a number we maintain by hand, and no countdown is faked. Because the cap is counted at the moment payment completes, the discount is described throughout as subject to availability at checkout.

13. Warranties and your consumer rights

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and this website are provided as is, without further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing on this page limits or excludes any right or remedy you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law, or under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory. Where a term here conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.

14. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. In summary, and except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any claim connected with a package is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities or lost income, or for how any employer's screening software or recruiter treats a document we produced.
