1. The short version

We improve how you are presented on LinkedIn and how visible you stay there. We do not sell outcomes, and we do not invent experience you do not have. Nobody can honestly sell you a job.

2. What these packages are

We sell two packages: Polisha LinkedIn ($89), Polisha Growth ($69).

• Polisha LinkedIn: a written audit, a rewritten headline and About section, optimized experience content, and skills and keyword recommendations, delivered as a document you paste into your own profile.
• Polisha Growth: a monthly subscription of 13 LinkedIn posts and 13 engagement prompts a month, a posting calendar, and a monthly profile visibility check with brief recommendations, delivered as one batch each month, not posted or scheduled by us. It does not include a rewritten headline, About section or experience content, that is Polisha LinkedIn's scope.

Polisha LinkedIn is a one-time engagement, delivered asynchronously in about 48 hours. Polisha Growth is a recurring monthly subscription that continues, and is billed, until you cancel it; each month's content is likewise delivered asynchronously, as a single batch, never live or continuous. Neither is a job-application service, and we never apply for jobs on your behalf.

2a. The free visibility check

The free check at https://getpolisha.com/check is a diagnostic, not a deliverable, and not a guarantee. When our AI reader is available, it reads the LinkedIn headline and About text you choose to paste in, together with your answers to a few context questions, and returns findings based on that content.

Important: Every finding shown is required to quote or reference something you actually submitted. If nothing in what you pasted supports a finding, none is shown, and the result may honestly say there is not enough there for a reliable read, or that nothing looks broken. The free result never fabricates a problem to encourage a purchase, and it never writes finished replacement copy for your profile, that is what the paid packages are for.

The free check's read is a starting signal, not a professional review. If our AI reader is unavailable, the check falls back to a simpler, rules-based result built from your context answers alone, and is labelled as such.

3. No guarantee of employment or interviews

Nothing on https://getpolisha.com, in our emails, in our advertising or in any deliverable is a promise of a result. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• That you will be hired.
• That you will be offered an interview.
• That a recruiter will contact you or reply to you.
• That your profile views or search appearances will increase.
• That any post will be seen, liked, commented on, shared or otherwise engaged with.
• Any timeframe in which any of the above might happen.

Important: If you are looking for guaranteed interviews or guaranteed employment, this service is not for you, and you should be cautious of anyone who offers them.

4. Hiring decisions belong to employers

Employers, recruiters and hiring managers make hiring decisions on their own criteria. We have no influence over them, no relationship with them on your behalf, and no ability to advocate for you.

We are not a recruitment or placement agency. We do not submit applications for you, do not forward your profile to employers, and do not represent you to anyone.

5. Nothing is fabricated

Our work is built entirely on what you tell us. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and honesty of the information you supply, including your employers, job titles, dates and achievements.

Important: We never invent, exaggerate or misrepresent your experience, qualifications, employers, job titles or employment dates, on your LinkedIn profile, in your monthly content, or anywhere else. We write persuasive copy about real experience, and we do not verify your claims.

If you ask us to misrepresent your qualifications, we will offer an honest alternative, and we will decline or halt the work if you insist, see the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy for how that is handled. Misrepresentation on your professional profile can have serious consequences for you, including a withdrawn offer, dismissal after you are hired, and lasting damage to your professional reputation. Please review everything we deliver before you post it, once it is on your profile, it is your statement about yourself.

6. Account access is never required, and is optional and separately authorized on Polisha LinkedIn only

LinkedIn account access is never required on either package. By default, neither package involves access to any account of yours, at any point.

• Polisha LinkedIn and Polisha Growth both require no password and no access to any account by default. Both are delivered entirely as documents: a profile-content document, or a monthly batch of posts and prompts.
• Polisha Growth never involves account access, on any month, under any circumstances.
• Some Polisha LinkedIn customers voluntarily ask us to sign in and apply their own approved profile changes. Because of that, Polisha LinkedIn separately offers an optional implementation service, available only after you review and approve your rewrite and only subject to a separate written authorization.
• We never ask for permanent passwords, recovery codes, two-factor backup codes, or banking, government or social media credentials, on either package, under any circumstances.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with LinkedIn, and nothing here overrides LinkedIn's own User Agreement, which requires members to keep account credentials confidential. The full detail on the optional implementation service, including exactly what it is limited to and what it can never include, is in the Service Authorization & Confidentiality document.

7. Not professional advice

Polisha is a service provider, not a licensed professional in any regulated field. Our packages and everything we send you are general assistance only. They are not:

• Career counselling or professional career-coaching advice.
• Recruitment, placement or headhunting services.
• Immigration advice. We are not an immigration consultant or lawyer, and we do not advise on visas, permits or work authorization.
• Legal advice of any kind. We are not a law firm.
• Financial, investment, accounting or tax advice.
• Psychological, therapeutic or medical advice.

For anything in those areas, consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

8. No employment or agency relationship

Buying any package does not make us your employer, your employee, your agent, your representative, your partner or your fiduciary. We act as an independent contractor providing a defined service, one-time for Polisha LinkedIn, recurring for Polisha Growth. We have no authority to act or speak for you beyond the specific tasks you authorize in the Service Authorization & Confidentiality document.

9. Results vary

Two people can receive equally strong work and see completely different results. Outcomes depend on factors we do not control:

• Your experience, skills, qualifications and work authorization.
• The demand for your role in your city and industry.
• The state of the job market and the wider economy.
• How many people are visible for the same roles.
• LinkedIn's own algorithm and search ranking, and how it changes over time.
• How consistently you post and engage using the content we give you.
• How you perform in interviews.
• Timing and plain luck.

We do not publish statistics, success rates, client counts or testimonials, because we will not present anecdotes as a forecast of your result.

10. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Polisha is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or partnered with any of the platforms we work alongside or use, including:

• LinkedIn and Microsoft.
• Google.
• Stripe.
• Tally.
• Any job board or screening product.

All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our packages do. Those platforms may change their features, rules, layouts, algorithms and ranking at any time, and may take action on accounts under their own terms. We are not responsible for those changes or actions. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the terms of every platform you use, including LinkedIn's User Agreement.

https://getpolisha.com and our deliverables may also link to third-party websites, tools, articles and job resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control the content, accuracy, availability, pricing or privacy practices of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Pricing and the launch and founding offers

Our prices range from $69–$89 CAD and are shown in full on https://getpolisha.com before you pay.

Polisha LinkedIn carries a limited-time Founders Launch discount of $20 CAD, running until October 11, 2026, after which it returns to its regular price of $89 CAD. Polisha Growth carries a limited founding discount of $20 CAD a month for the first 10 subscribers, locked in for as long as they stay subscribed without a gap, after which new subscribers pay the regular price of $69 CAD a month.

The Founders Launch window is a fixed end date, not a countdown or a purchase count, and applies automatically at checkout while it is open. The founding-member limit is enforced by our payment processor as a capped discount code, not by a number we maintain by hand, and is counted at the moment payment completes, so it is described throughout as subject to availability at checkout.

12. Warranties and your consumer rights

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and this website are provided as is, without further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing on this page limits or excludes any right or remedy you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law, or under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory. Where a term here conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.

13. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. In summary, and except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any claim connected with Polisha LinkedIn is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and for Polisha Growth at the amount you paid for the billing period the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities or lost income, or for how LinkedIn's algorithm, search ranking or any recruiter treats a profile or post we produced.

14. Changes and contact
