Service Authorization & Confidentiality

1. What this document is

You are asking Polisha to work on material that matters to you: your LinkedIn profile and the content you post there. This document is the permission slip. It is deliberately specific, so you know the exact limits of what you are agreeing to.

It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, across both packages: Polisha LinkedIn ($89), Polisha Growth ($69). If anything here conflicts with a general statement elsewhere on https://getpolisha.com, this document governs.

2. Account access: never required, always optional and separately authorized

Read this before you assume you have to hand over anything. Neither package requires account access, ever. LinkedIn account access is never required. You can receive your completed rewrite as a document and apply it yourself.

• Polisha LinkedIn: no account access is needed. You send a profile URL; we send back a document you paste in yourself.
• Polisha Growth: no account access, on any month of the subscription, ever. You send us topics and voice notes; we send back a batch of posts, prompts and a calendar. We never sign into LinkedIn to post, comment, message or engage on your behalf, on any month, and there is no version of Polisha Growth that changes that.

Polisha LinkedIn customers sometimes voluntarily ask us to sign in and apply their own approved profile changes for them. Because some customers want this, Polisha LinkedIn offers a separate, optional implementation service, described in full in section 2a below. It changes nothing about Polisha Growth, which never involves account access under any circumstances.

Important: Standard delivery, on both packages, needs no account access, no password and no credential of any kind. That is the default, and it is what you get unless you affirmatively ask for something more. If you separately request optional implementation assistance for Polisha LinkedIn, after reviewing and approving your rewrite, we may apply only the profile changes you approved, subject to the separate written authorization in section 2a. Outside of that specific, opt-in, post-approval process, you will never be asked for a password.

2a. Optional LinkedIn implementation service (Polisha LinkedIn only)

This section applies only if you affirmatively choose it. It does not apply to Polisha Growth, and it does not apply to Polisha LinkedIn unless you separately request it after your rewrite is delivered.

How it works, in order:

1. You purchase Polisha LinkedIn and receive your rewritten headline, About section, experience content and recommendations as a document.
2. You review it. Nothing is applied to your account at this stage, and nothing has been authorized yet.
3. If you would like help applying the approved changes, you complete a separate authorization, the “Optional LinkedIn Implementation Authorization”, on its own page. It is never bundled into the standard intake and is never shown to you automatically.
4. Only after that authorization is complete, and only for the specific edits you approved, may we access your LinkedIn account to apply them.

What we do not claim. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with LinkedIn or Microsoft. Nothing in this authorization overrides LinkedIn's own User Agreement, and your consent to us does not change what LinkedIn's terms permit. LinkedIn's User Agreement requires members to keep their account credentials confidential; choosing this optional service is your own voluntary decision to request limited help, made with that requirement disclosed to you plainly.

What implementation is limited to, once authorized:

• Applying the specific headline, About section, experience, skills and positioning edits you reviewed and approved.
• Applying an “Open to Work” setting change, only when you have explicitly authorized that specific change.

What implementation never includes, even once authorized:

• Reading, sending or deleting any message.
• Applying for jobs on your behalf.
• Adding, removing, following or unfollowing any connection.
• Liking, commenting, reacting to or publishing any post.
• Downloading your account data.
• Changing your password, recovery information, email address, phone number, security settings, billing information or subscription.
• Any action outside the specific edits you approved.

Important: We never collect a password, a recovery code, a two-factor backup code, or any other credential through the intake form, by email, or by WhatsApp, on either package, under any circumstances. If you choose optional implementation, any credential you voluntarily create for that purpose passes only through a separate, one-time, secure transfer method described at the time, never through those channels, and is not retained once the work is complete. You are asked to create a unique temporary password you have not reused elsewhere, to personally approve any LinkedIn sign-in verification, and to change that password and review your account's active sessions immediately once the work is done.

You may withdraw this authorization at any time before implementation begins, for any reason, by emailing hellopolisha@outlook.com Section 10 covers withdrawing authorization more generally.

3. What you are authorizing

You authorize us to do the things listed below that belong to the package you bought, and only those things.

Profile rewrite work, the full scope of Polisha LinkedIn, and not part of Polisha Growth:

• Review your LinkedIn profile as it appears publicly or as you show it to us, and write an audit of it.
• Write a new headline, a new About section, and optimized experience-section content for you.
• Recommend skills and keywords, reposition how you are described for recruiters, and advise on your “Open to Work” settings.
• Deliver all of that content to you as a document you paste into your own profile.

Content work, Polisha Growth only:

• Write 13 LinkedIn posts and 13 engagement prompts a month, in your voice, based on the topics, voice notes and goals you give us.
• Build a posting calendar telling you which day to use which piece of content.
• Carry out a monthly profile visibility check, with brief recommendations and guidance on your “Open to Work” settings. This does not include rewriting your headline, About section or experience content, that is Polisha LinkedIn's scope, listed above.
• Deliver all of this as one batch each month, handed to you at once, not posted, scheduled or published by us.

4. What we never ask for

On either package, if anyone claiming to be us asks for any of the following, it is not us. Stop and email hellopolisha@outlook.com

• Your LinkedIn password.
• Any password at all. We never ask for one, on either package, ever.
• Any permanent password to any account.
• Your recovery email address credentials.
• Account recovery codes.
• Two-factor authentication backup codes.
• Banking, payment-app or investment account passwords.
• Government, tax or immigration account passwords.
• Social media passwords.
• Your SIN, passport number, date of birth or any government identification number.

5. Accurate information and our no-fabrication commitment

This applies to every package, and it is not negotiable.

Important: We never invent, exaggerate or misrepresent your experience, qualifications, employers, job titles or employment dates, on your LinkedIn profile, in your monthly content, or anywhere else. Everything we write about you is drawn from what you actually did.

You warrant that everything you give us is accurate, complete and truthful, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy. We do not verify your claims; we present real experience well. Review everything we deliver before you post it, once it is on your profile, it is your statement about yourself.

If you ask us to misrepresent your qualifications, we will say so and offer an honest alternative. If you insist, we will decline the order or halt work on it: a full refund if we decline before substantive work has begun, and a refund at our reasonable discretion under the Refund Policy if we halt after it has. Misrepresentation on your professional profile can have serious consequences for you, including a withdrawn offer or dismissal after you are hired.

6. Confidentiality

Everything we learn about you in the course of this work is confidential. That includes your career history, your professional background, your salary details if you share them, and the fact that you are a customer at all.

• We do not discuss your work with anyone.
• We do not name you, quote you or show your materials as an example without your written permission.
• We do not sell, share or publish anything you give us.
• We use your information only to deliver the package you paid for.
• The only exception is where the law requires disclosure.

This obligation does not end when the work does. It continues indefinitely.

7. Your own obligations

On every package you agree to give us accurate information and to review what we deliver before you use it.

• Confirm that the profile and content you ask us to work on are your own, or that you are authorized to speak on the named person's behalf.
• Send the materials your package needs promptly: your profile URL, target titles and positioning preference for every order.
• For Polisha Growth: send your topics, voice notes and any updates in reasonable time if you want them reflected in that month's batch.
• Tell us straight away if you want to change direction, or if you want to cancel.

8. LinkedIn: no password, ever

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits sharing your account or password with anyone. We follow that rule without exception, on every package. We never ask for your LinkedIn password and never sign into your LinkedIn account.

Instead, your rewritten headline, About section and experience content, and, on Polisha Growth, each month's posts and engagement prompts, are delivered as a clean document with clear instructions. You paste or post each piece into your own profile, in your own session, yourself.

If you would rather have help while you do it, you may ask for a short optional screen-share or remote-control session. In that session you remain signed in, you remain in control of your own device, and you enter the content yourself. It is optional and is not part of the standard asynchronous service.

9. No guarantee of employment, interviews or engagement

These packages improve your professional presentation on LinkedIn and, for Polisha Growth, keep you posting and engaging there. That is all they do, and that is all we claim they do.

• We do not guarantee a job.
• We do not guarantee interviews.
• We do not guarantee recruiter replies, profile views, or any level of engagement on a post.
• We do not guarantee any specific result of any kind.

Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and recruiters. They depend on your experience, your qualifications, market conditions, timing, competition, LinkedIn's own algorithm, and your own effort. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not represent you to employers.

10. Withdrawing your authorization, and cancelling Polisha Growth

You can withdraw this authorization at any time, for any reason, without explanation. A single email to hellopolisha@outlook.com is enough, on either package.

For Polisha Growth, withdrawing authorization means cancelling your subscription. You can cancel it yourself, any time, through the Stripe customer portal link in your subscription emails, or by emailing hellopolisha@outlook.com and we will cancel it from our payment processor by hand. Either way, when the cancellation is processed we stop future work, confirm by email, and any refund is handled under the Refund Policy, including how the current billing period is treated.

11. What you agree to when you tick the consent box

By ticking the consent box before payment or intake, you confirm that:

• You have read this document and agree to it.
• Everything you give us about your experience, qualifications, employers, titles and dates is accurate and truthful, and you understand we will not invent, exaggerate or misrepresent any of it.
• You authorize Polisha to carry out only the tasks listed in section 3 that belong to the package you bought.
• You understand that no account access, password or credential of any kind will ever be requested, on either package.
• You understand that your LinkedIn password will never be requested and that you will paste or post everything into your own profile yourself.
• If you are subscribing to Polisha Growth, you understand it bills $69 CAD a month, automatically, until you cancel it by email, and that cancellation is not self-serve.
• You understand that no employment, interview, recruiter reply or engagement result is guaranteed.
• You understand that you may withdraw this authorization, or cancel a subscription, at any time.
