Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Polisha is a service business operating in Ontario, Canada. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Polisha. “You” means the person who places the order. If you need the operator's registered details, for a dispute or for your own records, email hellopolisha@outlook.com and we will provide them.

These terms apply to every order placed through https://getpolisha.com, whichever package you buy. Where a clause applies to only one package, it says so. Together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Service Authorization & Confidentiality document and Disclaimer, they are the whole agreement between us.

2. The packages we sell

We sell two packages: Polisha LinkedIn ($89), Polisha Growth ($69). Polisha LinkedIn is a single, hands-off engagement, paid once. Polisha Growth is a recurring monthly subscription that continues, and is billed, until you cancel it. Both are delivered asynchronously. There are no calls, consultations or bookings on either.

Polisha LinkedIn: a profile audit; a rewritten headline; a rewritten About section; experience-section optimization; skills and keyword recommendations so recruiter search actually surfaces you; and recruiter-friendly positioning, delivered as a document you paste into your own profile.

Polisha Growth: 13 LinkedIn posts a month, about 3 a week, written in your voice; 13 engagement prompts a month, real conversations worth joining, each with an opening line; a posting calendar so activity lands on the days that matter; and a monthly profile visibility check with brief recommendations, including guidance on your “Open to Work” settings. It does not include a rewritten headline, About section or experience content, that is Polisha LinkedIn's scope, not Growth's. You can cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal or by email, see section 13 and the Refund Policy for exactly how that works.

Important: Polisha Growth's content is delivered as one batch at a time, not live, not scheduled and not posted by us. We write the whole month's posts and prompts in one sitting and hand them to you at once, with a calendar telling you which day to use which one. You post everything yourself.

Whichever package you buy, you may instead ask for a short screen-share or remote-control session in which you stay in control of your own device and paste or post the content yourself while we watch. This is optional, offered at our discretion, and is not part of the standard asynchronous service.

3. What is not included in any package

To avoid any misunderstanding, no package includes:

• Applying for jobs on your behalf. We never submit applications for you.
• Interview coaching, mock interviews or salary negotiation.
• Career counselling, psychological support or professional mentoring.
• Immigration, legal, financial or tax advice.
• Recruitment or placement services. We are not a recruitment agency and do not represent you to employers.
• Any guaranteed outcome: no guaranteed job, interview, recruiter reply, profile view, post engagement or response of any kind.
• Logging into your LinkedIn account, or posting, commenting or messaging as you on any platform. You always post and engage yourself, using the content we deliver.
• On Polisha Growth: live or on-demand posting. Content is handed to you as one month's batch at a time; it is never scheduled, published or drip-fed by us.
• Cover letters, portfolios or additional documents, unless separately agreed and quoted.

Important: We improve how you are presented on LinkedIn and how consistently you show up there. We do not and cannot control hiring decisions. Nothing on this site or in any communication from us is a promise of employment, interviews, or recruiter attention.

4. Accurate information and our no-fabrication commitment

This is the most important commitment we make, and it applies to every package.

Important: We never invent, exaggerate or misrepresent your experience, qualifications, employers, job titles or employment dates, on your LinkedIn profile, in your monthly content, or anywhere else. We write persuasive, well-structured copy about the real work you have actually done.

You warrant that everything you supply is accurate, complete and truthful, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy. We do not and cannot verify your claims, we take what you tell us at face value and present it well. Before you post anything we deliver, review it and confirm it is a true statement about you.

• If you ask us to add experience you do not have, inflate a title, or move or extend employment dates, we will say so and offer an honest alternative.
• If you insist, we will decline the order or halt work on it. If we decline before substantive work has begun, we refund you in full; if we halt after substantive work has begun, refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and are at our reasonable discretion.
• Misrepresenting yourself on your professional profile can have serious consequences for you, including a withdrawn offer, dismissal after you are hired, and damage to your professional reputation. That risk is yours, not ours.

5. Account access: never required on either package, and optional and separately authorized on Polisha LinkedIn

LinkedIn account access is never required, on either package. You can receive your completed rewrite as a document and apply it yourself, and that is the default and the whole of what Polisha Growth ever offers.

• Both packages are delivered by default entirely as documents: a profile-content document for Polisha LinkedIn, and a monthly batch of posts, prompts and a calendar for Polisha Growth. You paste and post everything yourself.
• Polisha Growth never involves account access, on any month, under any circumstances. There is no add-on or delivery method for Polisha Growth that changes that.
• Polisha LinkedIn customers sometimes voluntarily ask us to sign in and apply their own approved profile changes for them. Because some customers want this, Polisha LinkedIn separately offers an optional implementation service: after you review and approve your rewrite, you may request it, subject to a separate written authorization described in the Service Authorization & Confidentiality document. Outside that specific, opt-in process, we do not sign into your LinkedIn account.

We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or partnered with LinkedIn. Your authorization to us does not override LinkedIn's User Agreement, which requires members to keep their account credentials confidential; choosing the optional implementation service is your own voluntary decision, made with that requirement disclosed to you.

The intake form has no password field, on either package, and never will. If anything claiming to be us asks you to type a password into this form, by email or by WhatsApp, it is not us, stop and email hellopolisha@outlook.com If you have separately authorized optional implementation, any credential transfer happens only through the one-time secure method described at the time of that authorization, never through the intake form, email or WhatsApp.

6. Price, taxes, payment, and the launch and founding offers

• Our packages are priced from $69–$89 CAD. The current prices are: Polisha LinkedIn ($89), Polisha Growth ($69).
• Polisha LinkedIn is billed once, in full, at checkout. Polisha Growth is billed $69 CAD a month, automatically, on the same date each month, until you cancel it.
• As a Founders Launch offer, Polisha LinkedIn is $69 CAD until October 11, 2026, after which it returns to its regular price of $89 CAD. The discount is $20 CAD off, applied once, to that one payment only.
• As a founding offer, the first 10 Polisha Growth subscribers pay $20 CAD a month less than the regular price of $69 CAD, locked in for as long as they stay subscribed without a gap. If you cancel and resubscribe later, whether the founding price is still available depends on whether places remain at that time.
• The Founders Launch end date is fixed in advance and is never extended without updating this page. The number of founding places is fixed in advance, is never inflated, and is enforced by our payment processor rather than by us: the founding discount simply stops being applied at checkout once its places are used.
• The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are added or included as required by law and shown before you confirm.
• Payment is taken in full, up front, through Stripe. Work does not begin before payment clears. For Polisha Growth, each month's work does not begin before that month's payment clears.
• Stripe processes your card details on its own systems. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for. For an active Polisha Growth subscription, a price change takes effect at the earliest from your next billing date, and we will email you before it does.

7. Ordering, delivery, scope limits and revisions

The order flow is: you pay, you complete the intake form, you send your LinkedIn profile URL, target roles and positioning preference, and, for Polisha Growth, your topics, voice and posting goals, we do the work, and we send you a completion email with that period's deliverable.

Our delivery target for Polisha LinkedIn is 48 hours. For Polisha Growth, our delivery target for your first month's batch is 72 hours. Either clock is a target, not a guarantee, and it starts only once we have received everything the package requires.

• The clock pauses whenever information is missing, incomplete or invalid, and restarts when the missing piece arrives.
• Weekends and public holidays in Ontario, Canada may extend the target.
• For Polisha Growth, each later month's batch is prepared using the topics, voice notes and updates you have sent us; if we have not heard from you for a given month, we prepare that month's batch from your existing profile, brief and prior months' content, so your subscription still delivers, rather than pausing indefinitely.

Each package has defined limits, so you know exactly what you are buying:

• Polisha LinkedIn: your headline, About section, experience content, and skills and keyword recommendations. You paste the content into your own profile.
• Polisha Growth: 13 posts and 13 engagement prompts a month, a posting calendar, and a monthly profile visibility check with brief recommendations and “Open to Work” settings guidance. It does not include a rewritten headline, About section, experience content or keyword rewrite work, that is Polisha LinkedIn's scope. If you want that work done, it is a separate Polisha LinkedIn order.

Revisions are included per deliverable, not once for the life of the order:

• Polisha LinkedIn: one reasonable revision.
• Polisha Growth: one reasonable revision on each month's batch, requested within 14 days of that month's delivery. A revision to one month's batch does not carry forward or extend to the next month, which is new content on its own cycle.

A revision means refinement of what we delivered: adjusting tone, correcting a detail, or reworking a section or a post you are not happy with. It does not mean a new brief, a different target role or industry, a rewrite based on information you did not give us at intake, or a complete restart. Those are new work, and are quoted separately or, for Polisha Growth, addressed in a future month's batch.

Please request your Polisha LinkedIn revision within 14 days of the completion email. After that the order is closed.

8. Your responsibilities

The quality and speed of the work depend on you. By placing an order you agree to:

• Give accurate, complete and truthful information about your experience and goals, as set out in section 4.
• Send the materials your package needs: your profile URL, target titles and positioning preference for every order, and, for Polisha Growth, your topics, voice and posting goals for each month.
• Respond to our questions within a reasonable time.
• For Polisha Growth: send that month's updates in reasonable time if you want them reflected in that month's batch, and tell us promptly if you want to change direction or cancel.
• Review the delivered content before you post it, and confirm it accurately reflects you.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited requests

We will decline, and may cancel, any order that involves:

• Misrepresenting your qualifications, credentials, licences or work authorization.
• Fabricating employment history, job titles, dates or achievements.
• Writing a profile or content for someone other than the person named on it, where that person has not consented.
• Unlawful activity, harassment, or anything that would breach a third-party platform's rules.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward the provider.

We write persuasive, accurate copy about your real experience. We do not invent experience you do not have. If a request crosses that line we will say so and offer an honest alternative.

10. Third-party platforms, including LinkedIn

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits sharing account access or passwords. We respect that. We never ask for your LinkedIn password and never log into your LinkedIn account. Your content, whether a one-time profile rewrite or a monthly batch of posts, is delivered as a document that you paste and post into your own profile yourself.

Your account remains yours. You are responsible for your own compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and with the terms of any other platform you use. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account, or for changes a platform makes to its features, algorithms, ranking or “Open to Work” mechanics.

11. Intellectual property and confidentiality

• Once your payment has cleared, the written content we deliver, your profile copy, your monthly posts and prompts, your completion notes, is yours. You may publish, edit and reuse it freely.
• You keep ownership of everything you give us: your history, your materials, and the topics or voice notes you provide.
• We keep ownership of our own templates, checklists, frameworks and general methodology.
• We may reuse anonymised general methodology and technique on other projects. We do not reuse, resell, publish or show your content or your personal details, and we do not use you as a named example without your written permission.
• The website, its copy and its design remain our property.

Everything we see in the course of the work, your career history, your professional background, your salary details if you share them, and the fact that you are working with us at all, is confidential. We do not disclose it to anyone, except where we are required to by law. Full detail is set out in the Service Authorization & Confidentiality document, which forms part of this agreement.

12. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not promise, guarantee or imply that you will get a job, an interview, a recruiter message, a profile view, post engagement or any other outcome. No such promise has been made anywhere on this site, in any advertisement or in any message from us, and you should not rely on one.

Whether recruiters find you, message you, view your profile, or engage with your posts depends on factors outside our control: your experience, the market, timing, competition, LinkedIn's own algorithm and search ranking, and how consistently you keep posting and engaging using what we give you. Our packages improve your professional presentation on LinkedIn and give you content to keep it active. That is what you are buying.

13. Limitation of liability, indemnity and termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim connected with Polisha LinkedIn is limited to the amount you paid for that order; for Polisha Growth, it is limited to the amount you paid for the billing period the claim relates to.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
• We are not liable for lost job opportunities, lost interviews, lost income, lost profits, lost data or reputational harm.
• We are not liable for how LinkedIn's algorithm, search ranking, or any recruiter, treats your profile or posts.
• We are not liable for problems caused by information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete, or by any action taken by a third-party platform.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, or from information you supplied that was false or misleading.

• You may cancel Polisha LinkedIn before work begins; see the Refund Policy for what is refunded.
• Polisha Growth is a subscription, and you may cancel it at any time, two ways: through Stripe's own customer portal (the link is in your subscription confirmation email), or by emailing hellopolisha@outlook.com and we will cancel it from our payment processor by hand. Either way, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep that period's content, you are not billed again after it, and there is no cancellation fee. See the Refund Policy for exactly how the current billing period is handled and, for an email request, how long cancellation normally takes.
• We may decline or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion, for example where a request is prohibited under section 4 or section 9, or where communication has broken down. If we cancel before substantive work has begun, we refund you in full.
• Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including platform outages, network failure, illness, natural disaster or government action. If such an event delays your order, we will tell you and agree a new timeframe or refund the unperformed part.

14. Governing law, changes and general terms

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario, Canada have jurisdiction over any dispute.
• Before starting a formal dispute, please email hellopolisha@outlook.com Most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
• We may update these terms, and we may add, change or withdraw packages. The version in force for your order is the one published when you paid; for Polisha Growth, the version in force for a given month is the one published at the start of that billing cycle.
• If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else without our written consent.
