Referral Program

1. How it works

1. Share your link, or just tell them about us and ask them to put your name on their intake form.
2. They buy a package of $109 CAD or more, at the normal price.
3. Their work is delivered, and their refund window closes.
4. We email you, you tell us where to send the money, and you get $30 CAD.

Important: Your friend pays full price. There is no discount attached to this, so please do not promise them one.

2. Which orders earn a reward

Any package at $109 CAD or above: Polisha Resume ($109), Polisha Visibility ($109), Polisha Applications ($169), Polisha Complete ($199).

These do not earn a referral reward: Polisha Inbox ($39), Polisha LinkedIn ($89). They are our entry-level options and the reward would be most of the order. We would rather name them than write “selected packages” and let you find out after you have already recommended us.

The reward is a flat $30 CAD on every qualifying package, so pointing someone toward the one that actually fits costs you nothing. There is no limit on how many people you can refer, and you do not need to be a customer yourself.

3. When you get paid

Three things must be true: they completed payment, their work has been delivered, and their refund window has closed with no refund issued. We aim to pay within 7 days of all three, and we email you when it is sent.

Important: If the order is refunded, in full or in part, no reward is paid. The sale that would have funded it no longer exists.

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer in Canada, or PayPal anywhere else, in CAD. If your account holds another currency, your provider converts at their rate and any fee they charge comes out of the amount rather than on top of it.

We only ever need the email address attached to your PayPal or online banking. We will never ask you for bank details, a card number, or a password. If a message claiming to be from Polisha asks for any of those, it is not us — email hellopolisha@outlook.com to check.

4. How we know it was you

Two ways, and either is enough:

• Your link. If they open Polisha through your referral link and buy in that visit, you are credited automatically.
• Your name on the form. After paying, every customer fills in a short intake form with a “Who referred you?” question. They type your name or email there.

The link does not follow anyone around: nothing is stored on your friend's device, so if they open it on a phone and buy on a laptop a week later, the link alone will not catch it. That is why the question on the form exists, and why it is worth asking your friend to fill it in.

Important: If they forget both, email hellopolisha@outlook.com within 14 days of their order with their name and roughly when they bought. If it matches an order with no referrer recorded, we will honour it. We will not reassign a referral already credited to someone else.

5. What does not qualify

You need to be 18 or over. Beyond that, these do not count:

• Referring yourself, including from a second email address or an account you control.
• An order from someone in your own household.
• Orders that are refunded, charged back or disputed.
• Referrals from paid advertising using the Polisha name, from bulk or unsolicited email, or from automated posting.
• Any claim that misrepresents what Polisha does, or that promises an interview or a job.

That last one is not a formality. Polisha improves how your experience is presented; it does not guarantee interviews, recruiter replies or employment, and nobody referring us may say otherwise.

If you post about us publicly, say that you earn a reward. One sentence is enough. Recommending something for payment without disclosing it is treated as misleading advertising in Canada, the UK, the EU, the US and Australia, and the exposure sits with you as well as with us. It also simply works better: a recommendation that admits its own incentive reads as honest, while the same one discovered to have been paid for takes your credibility with it.

6. Privacy, changes and questions

When your friend names you, we learn that you know each other and we use that for one purpose: paying you. We will not tell you what they bought, what they wrote, or whether they were happy. When we pay you we confirm that a referral completed, and nothing more. If you want to know how it went, ask them.

We can change the reward, change which packages qualify, or end this program at any time by updating this page. We will not apply a change backwards — if someone you referred has already ordered, the terms that were on this page on the day they ordered are the ones we pay you under. The date at the top tells you which version is current.

Referral rewards may be taxable where you live. We do not withhold tax and we are not able to give tax advice.
